Silverstone Paint Technology in Towcester, UK, seeks a Composite Trimmer to support a new mould‑making operation supplying Formula 1 and top-tier motorsport clients.
You will trim cured carbon components to tight tolerances, drill and assemble parts, and bond assemblies using structural adhesives, following engineering drawings and cure logs.
The role requires experience in trimming/pre-preg carbon in F1 or aerospace, reading drawings (training provided), and strict attention to detail.
