Event Executive in Towcester

We’re looking for a driven, confident Events Executive to help grow our corporate events business and deliver outstanding events from first enquiry to final applause.

What you’ll be doing

🔹 Converting enquiries into bookings and driving new business

🔹 Running show‑rounds and building great client relationships

🔹 Planning and delivering events of all shapes and sizes

🔹 Working with operations, catering and AV to ensure seamless delivery

🔹 Crafting proposals, managing contracts and overseeing event logistics

🔹 Representing Silverstone Museum at sales events and industry showcases

What we’re looking for

✨ A people‑person with strong communication skills

✨ Someone proactive, organised and commercially minded

✨ Experience in events, hospitality or sales (or transferable skills)

✨ A team player who thrives in a busy, hands‑on environment

✨ Flexibility to support occasional evenings/weekends — including the British Grand Prix
