Ready to create unforgettable experiences at one of the world’s most iconic motorsport destinations? We’re looking for a driven, confident Events Executive to help grow our corporate events business and deliver outstanding events from first enquiry to final applause.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Converting enquiries into bookings and driving new business
  • Running show‑rounds and building great client relationships
  • Planning and delivering events of all shapes and sizes
  • Working with operations, catering and AV to ensure seamless delivery
  • Crafting proposals, managing contracts and overseeing event logistics
  • Representing Silverstone Museum at sales events and industry showcases

What we’re looking for:

  • A people‑person with strong communication skills
  • Someone proactive, organised and commercially minded
  • Experience in events, hospitality or sales (or transferable skills)
  • A team player who thrives in a busy, hands‑on environment
  • Flexibility to support occasional evenings/weekends — including the British Grand Prix
