BRITISH GRAND PRIX TEAM
Adrenaline fuelled and non‑stop, our British Grand Prix Operations team work throughout the year to plan and deliver the Formula 1 British Grand Prix.
With record attendance in 2026, and a consistently high fan satisfaction for this iconic event, we are going from strength to strength.
Job Purpose
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and motivated individual that adopts a hands on approach to join us at Silverstone.
The British Grand Prix Administrator will provide PA support to the Head of British Grand Prix Operations and provide professional and efficient operational and administrative support for the team by assisting in the planning and delivery of the Formula 1 British Grand Prix.
This role will be very hands on and will involve supporting on a range of project and event requirements both directly for the Head of British Grand Prix Operations but also the whole team.

Key Responsibilities
- PA and organisational support to the Head of British Grand Prix Operations - typical tasks will involve pro-active diary management, email management, preparing meeting agendas, attending, taking notes and minutes, preparation of presentations, organising Microsoft Teams and conference calls and ad hoc project support.
- Assist the Head of British Grand Prix Operations with team management by setting meetings, calendar management and management of team holiday requests.
- Provide administrative support to the British Grand Prix Operations Department including but not limited to raising PO’s, invoices, payment requests and updating budgets.
- Event delivery support for the department by administering accreditation requirements, ordering meal vouchers, fuel cards, minibuses, compiling event brief and debrief notes.
- Attending meetings with other member of the team as required to take minutes, type up and distribute to relevant parties.
- Complete and update accurately all reports for the department to agreed timescales.

- External third-party suppliers (traders, contractors, suppliers, F1 management and customers).
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft packages such as Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to influence effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure in a small team environment, with multiple projects at any given time.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- An ability to focus on detail under pressure.
- Team player with a “can‑do” attitude.
- Adaptability and the ability to jump in at the deep end.
- Experience of using Wrike or another project management system is highly desirable.
- Clean full driving licence.
