JOB PURPOSE As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our operations team to deliver an extraordinary guest experience. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a culture of excellence, ensuring our team operates efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Revenue awareness and commercial performance across Escapade Provide Senior Operational Leadership People Development: Foster a culture of accountability, provide regular coaching and mentorship, and lead training initiatives. Process Improvement: Review departmental SOPs and event operation manuals, drive a zero-defect approach to health and safety, and ensure adherence to high standards of service. Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations, oversee team performance, and ensure smooth running of all department Review Operational Standards alongside the Guest Journey Cross departmental communication Team Leadership: Motivate and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results, onboard new team members, and build a strong sense of camaraderie. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality or leisure environment. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
