Your experience and qualities will be key in providing effective and efficient support in the delivery of food & beverage services to the department, ensuring company policies and processes are adhered to and play an active operational role in delivering the best service and engagement with the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive all F&B and catering related deliveries from suppliers across the site.
- Ensure all stock is stored in accordance with Food Safety Legislation and SCL policies.
- Assist the distribution of Food and Beverages and catering supplies around site, ensuring this is done so in a safe and efficient manner, conducting good food safety practice as you go.
- Ensure all jobs are signed off by your supervisor daily.
- Assist with 'Live' events.
- Ensure all areas, front and back of house are kept clean and tidy, and to a high standard.
- Assist with the annual stock take as required.
- Ensure any Food, Beverage or catering stock is transferred in accordance with SCL procedures and policy.
- Effectively coordinate all transfers and wastage sheets, liaising with your supervisor.
- Have a working knowledge of the Procure Wizard stock system in order to assist the wider team with stock management and control processes.
- Support other SCL departments as required.
- Ensure all vehicles/buildings/containers are secured and locked at all times & close of business.
- Look after all keys/radios within the department, operating a sign-in/out system.
- Keep up to date with all equipment lists and inventories, outlining any issues to your line manager Supervisor/Manager, reporting any breakages and damage immediately.
- Ensure that operational venues are cleared back promptly, and vehicles are cleared of equipment and stock.
- Always work within our Risk Assessments, safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all legal and company policies regarding the storage, handling and movement of food, Beverages and stock are in accordance with legal and company requirements.
- Ensure correct PPE is used at all times.

- Fluent in written & spoken English.
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office.
