We’re looking for someone who just “gets things done”. We’re a small, growing lettings and property business and we’re looking for someone to join the team in a key support role. This isn’t about having loads of property experience. It’s about being the kind of person who:
- Picks things up quickly
- Doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- Is great with people (tenants, landlords, contractors)
- Keeps things organised when it gets busy
- Takes pride in doing things properly
You’ll be involved in a bit of everything:
- Handling enquiries
- Booking and carrying out viewings
- Supporting listings and marketing
- Keeping things moving day-to-day
- Helping the team stay organised and on track
Some days will be smooth. Some won’t. We’re looking for someone who can handle both.
The team
We’re a close-knit group (including Atlas the Labrador), and we’re building something we’re proud of — so attitude matters more than background. You’ll work closely with Lucy (who’ll support you day-to-day) and the wider team, with plenty of opportunity to grow into more responsibility over time.
The details
- Based in Headingley (covering Leeds, Wharfedale & Harrogate)
- Driving licence required
- 10am-6pm, Tues- Sat (finish 3.30pm on Saturday)
- £28–30k depending on experience + bonus/commission opportunities
- Full training provided (including support for industry qualifications)
