- Minimum 3 years of experience as front of house managerial/operational experience in a 4/5 star luxury hotel, cruise line or hospitality industry related field preferred.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the fleet and to self-manage workload and productivity levels to ensure maximum output through remote supervision.
- Ability to conduct training sessions at all levels including one-on-ones and large groups.
- Flexibility to manage, focus, direct and encourage a positive, dynamic, diverse housekeeping operation by navigating through a changing work environment.
