Silversea is seeking an experienced professional to join their team in Greater London. The position requires preferably 2-3 years of shipboard experience in a similar role within a luxurious establishment. Successful candidates will demonstrate fluent English proficiency and the ability to provide personalized customer services for guests aboard.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, and knowledge of hotel operating systems. A conversational ability in an additional language is preferred.
