Join Silversea as a Beverage Manager! Are you a dynamic hospitality leader with a passion for world-class beverage experiences? As a Beverage Manager onboard Silversea, you will lead the delivery of exceptional beverage service across all bars, lounges, restaurants, and entertainment venues. You'll be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences while driving beverage revenue, maintaining the highest service standards, and developing a talented onboard team.
In this exciting leadership role, you'll:
- Lead and inspire a beverage team
- Deliver personalized, luxury guest experiences across all venues
- Drive beverage sales, premium spirit offerings, wine programs, and special events
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and cost optimization
- Ensure all beverage outlets operate efficiently and consistently
- Collaborate closely with Culinary and Restaurant teams to elevate the guest experience
- Coach, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
- Uphold Silversea's exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and public health requirements at all times
Working closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team, you'll play a key role in maximizing guest satisfaction, achieving business objectives, and delivering the luxury service for which Silversea is renowned.
