The role
As a Product Owner, you’ll sit at the heart of a cross‑functional Agile team, acting as the bridge between Product, Engineering, and Customers. You’ll turn product vision into clear, actionable work, own your solution space end‑to‑end, and ensure we deliver real value with every release. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves clarity, collaboration, and solving complex problems in a SaaS environment.
- What you’ll do
- Translate product strategy into well‑defined epics, user stories, and priorities
- Be the customer voice within the scrum, engaging directly when needed
- Own and manage the Jira backlog to drive focus and predictability
- Validate outcomes against acceptance criteria and customer needs
- Work closely with Engineering, QA, Customer Service, and Commercial teams
- Continuously challenge and improve product and architectural decisions
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner in a SaaS environment
- Experience with cloud‑based, API‑driven products
- Exposure to travel, e‑commerce, or transactional systems (UK rail a big plus)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A mindset of ownership, adaptability, and continuous improvement
