The Account Manager – Strategic Clients is a hybrid sales and relationship management role with commercial responsibility for account growth and monetisation across a portfolio of high-value international clients and intermediaries. The role focuses primarily on Latin America, while also supporting clients from other global regions. You will manage existing strategic accounts, expand client relationships, and actively contribute to revenue generation in close coordination with senior sales leadership. This position reports directly to senior management and works closely with internal compliance, operations, and onboarding teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management & Revenue Ownership
    • Manage and develop a portfolio of large and strategic client accounts
    • Own commercial performance and revenue growth across assigned relationships
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing clients
    • Maintain high client engagement through structured communication and follow-ups
    • Drive long-term retention and account expansion
  • Sales & Business Development Execution
    • Support and execute business development initiatives with a focus on LATAM
    • Engage with clients and prospects via calls, meetings, and digital channels
    • Convert qualified opportunities into active, revenue-generating accounts
    • Support structuring and presentation of Silverline’s financial solutions
    • Joint ownership of sales targets alongside senior management
  • Client Interaction & Representation
    • Attend meetings in London and represent the firm in client and partner meetings
    • Participate in international travel as required
    • Represent Silverline Capital Group with professionalism, discretion, and authority
  • Operational, Compliance & Governance
    • Coordinate client onboarding, KYC and documentation processes
    • Liaise with compliance and operations to ensure regulatory adherence
    • Maintain accurate and timely CRM and client records
    • Ensure strict confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive client information
  • Performance Measurement (KPIs)
    • Performance in this role will be assessed against clearly defined commercial, relationship, and operational KPIs, including but not limited to:

  • Essential
    • Fluent English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
