About the position

Essential to our team are individuals who are not only NMC Registered Nurses but also possess excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for working with our residents. We value teamwork, previous care experience, and any supervisory capabilities you may bring.

As part of our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained, leading by example and providing effective supervision to fellow staff members. You’ll have the opportunity to act in management roles when needed, contributing to the efficient operation of our care home.
