Responsibilities:
- Hold overall accountability for the revenue, growth and performance of the UK&I business unit.
- Own and accelerate the achievement of company goals based on localised strategies.
- Work closely with the GM International and the Head of Operations.
- Engage and influence across teams including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Product Management.
- Drive ARR growth and sales performance for the UK&I market.
- Grow and guide a high-performing team in a competitive environment.
- Ensure exceptional onboarding, training and support for clients.
- Lead the achievement of acquisition, retention and expansion targets.
- Oversee local commercial operations, including budget and P&L management.
- Seek out new opportunities and adapt the business model to local needs.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years managing a key sales and/or customer facing services function in a growing SaaS software or product business.
- A tertiary qualification in Business or a related field.
- Proven history in leading others to achieving new business sales targets.
- Experience in the UK Accounting Industry is desirable.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
