You'll operate as both a strategic consultant and technical analytics leader, combining deep measurement expertise with commercial thinking and exceptional stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities include:- Leading complex Marketing Science and effectiveness programmes from design through to delivery
- Acting as the senior client lead across multiple strategic accounts
- Driving MMM projects alongside experimentation, incrementality, geo-testing and brand measurement initiatives
- Translating advanced analytical outputs into clear commercial recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Managing, mentoring and developing a team of Marketing Science specialists
- Supporting agency leadership with pitches, commercial opportunities and proposition development
- Working closely with planning, strategy, investment and data teams to embed measurement into wider client planning
- Helping shape the future direction of the agency's Marketing Science offering
This role will suit someone who enjoys combining technical credibility with commercial influence.
You'll ideally bring:
- Strong hands-on experience delivering Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and advanced marketing effectiveness projects
- A background in Marketing Science, econometrics, analytics or measurement within a media agency or consultancy
- Experience across statistical modelling, experimentation, attribution, segmentation or broader advanced analytics
- The ability to communicate complex analysis in a simple, commercially meaningful way
- Experience leading and developing high-performing analytics teams
