The Role
Depending on your background, you'll focus on either digital activation leadership or performance leadership, while working closely with counterpart teams across the account. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading multi-market digital activation and performance programmes across EMEA
- Driving campaign quality, governance, planning, optimisation and reporting standards
- Identifying performance opportunities and implementing improvements across markets
- Managing budgets, forecasting, pacing and operational processes
- Developing activation frameworks, QA procedures and best practice standards
- Working closely with specialist teams across paid search, paid social and programmatic
- Translating complex data into actionable recommendations for clients and stakeholders
