This role requires a background in activation excellence - managing teams of 8+, putting processes into place and furthering the digital activation strategy across programmatic, PPC and social.

The Role
Digital activation leadership role, working closely with counterpart teams across the account.
Key responsibilities include
- Leading multi-market digital activation and performance programmes across EMEA
- Driving campaign quality, governance, planning, optimisation and reporting standards
- Identifying performance opportunities and implementing improvements across markets
- Managing budgets, forecasting, pacing and operational processes
- Developing activation frameworks, QA procedures and best practice standards
- Working closely with specialist teams across paid search, paid social and programmatic
- Translating complex data into actionable recommendations for clients and stakeholders
- Building strong relationships with regional and global client teams
- Leading and mentoring team members across London and offshore hubs
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience leading digital media teams within a media agency or e Commerce environment
- Strong understanding of paid search, paid social and/or programmatic media
- Previous experience managing teams and senior stakeholders
