Media Operations Associate Director – High-End Fashion Client

London | Hybrid (3 days in office p/w) | Salary to ÂŁ65k

A rare opportunity to join one of the most sophisticated media agency teams in the world, delivering work for a truly iconic luxury fashion brand.

We’re seeking a Media Operations Associate Director with strong Ad Operations experience to lead operational excellence across digital media platforms, creative delivery and data-driven transformation.

You’ll be the go-to expert across ad tech infrastructure, workflow automation, and campaign setup, ensuring flawless execution and technical governance across display, video, social, native and search.

You MUST have solid experience within a digital media / advertising related operations role, ideally with exposure to “high-touch”/luxury brands also.

This is a role for someone who can blend technical mastery with leadership and strategic thinking:

Responsibilities

  • Oversee ad tech implementation, measurement and tracking across global campaigns
  • Drive process optimisation, automation and adoption of new tools (including AI-powered efficiency)
  • Partner with strategy and activation teams to ensure world-class media delivery
  • Mentor and develop an ambitious operations team

Qualifications

  • Around 6+ years’ experience in digital media or ad ops within a media agency
  • Hands-on expertise in ad serving technologies, DSPs, DMPs, tag management and analytics
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for precision
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools and tag management
  • Understanding of industry standards and regulations (IAB, GDPR, CCPA)
  • Experience with workflow automation tools and process improvement methodologies
