We are hiring for a Consultant for a fast-growing agency who will take charge of delivering cutting-edge measurement solutions to clients. The role is focussed on the client relationship / presenting side of marketing effectiveness and MMM projects. Also includes digital attribution, effectiveness methodologies and geo-testing.
Salary: up to £55,000 + benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to design and implement measurement solutions, leveraging best practices from media measurement and technical perspectives.
- Liaise with clients, directing projects from a modelling and mathematical standpoint, while maintaining a strong understanding of media dynamics.
- Work closely with Data Scientists to bridge the gap between client needs and analytical solutions, ensuring high-quality outputs presented in a client-friendly manner.
Experience:
- Experience in a similar role within a Media Agency environment, delivering MMM and attribution model projects.
- Proficiency in Bayesian and linear regression approaches; familiarity with other machine learning techniques is advantageous.
- Extensive experience in data mining and analysis, including designing methodologies to address ad-hoc queries.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to client-facing environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams across various workstreams and projects.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Market Mix Modelling and Digital and TV attribution.
- Excellent data visualization and storytelling capabilities.
- Proficiency in coding, preferably in R or Python; experience with R Studio or Jupyter notebooks is a plus.
- Solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
