Senior Business Development Manager | New Verticals | Affiliate / Performance
Salary to £75K + bonus. 3 days p/w in office (London)
A highly profitable and fast-scaling performance-driven affiliate agency is hiring a Senior BDM to open up new verticals. You’ll be given real autonomy to identify opportunity, win new business and turn early traction into scale.
The business connects global brands with high-intent consumers, turning complexity into clear, commercial decisions. Built on data-driven affiliate marketing, campaigns are measurable, optimised in real time, and engineered to scale from day one – with in-house tech, full-stack analytics, and a compliance-first mindset.
The brief
- End-to-end sales ownership: vertical strategy, prospecting, outreach, negotiation and close.
- Launch new verticals such as meal kits, alcohol subscription, finance, insurance, healthcare or fitness.
- Work closely with a senior Growth Lead to shape where the business goes next.
- Identify and unlock scale once partners are onboarded.

- Analysing competitors and spotting white-space opportunities.
- Leading full sales cycles without predefined playbooks.
- Building senior, client-direct relationships outside gambling.
- Turning early wins into repeatable revenue streams.
