Salary to £65,000
Ideal role for a senior biddable activation specialist who enjoys being close to campaign delivery, but wants broader operational ownership and strategic influence across international markets. This isn’t a hands-on activation role. It’s about building structure, improving workflows, driving operational excellence and helping standardise multi-channel media buying across a centralised international hub model.
Working across large-scale performance and brand campaigns for a globally recognised technology / eCommerce business, you’ll act as the key link between local markets, activation teams and senior stakeholders across EMEA.
Why this role stands out:
- Huge international scope across multiple EMEA markets and significant media budgets
- Mix of strategic oversight, operational leadership and activation governance
- Opportunity to shape processes, automation, workflow efficiencies and toolkit standardisation across activation delivery
- Work alongside highly capable activation specialists across Programmatic, Paid Search and Paid Social
- Senior stakeholder exposure without moving too far away from the reality of campaign execution
The role:
- Lead operational delivery and campaign governance across multi-channel biddable activity
- Collaborate closely with local market teams to ensure consistency in campaign execution, reporting and QA standards
- Oversee workflows, briefing processes, budgeting, SLAs and operational delivery across international markets
- Drive process improvement, automation initiatives and scalable activation frameworks
- Act as the senior escalation point across campaign delivery and operational challenges
- Support optimisation strategy and performance delivery across large-scale campaigns
What they’re looking for:
- Senior level experience across Programmatic, Paid Search and/or Paid Social activation
- Strong operational and programme management capability within agency environments
- Experience managing scaled campaign delivery across multiple markets (ideally)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong understanding of activation workflows, governance and campaign operations
