The role:

You'll take ownership of end-to-end MMM projects, helping clients understand what drives business performance and where marketing investment should go next. Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver Marketing Mix Modelling projects from scoping through to final recommendations
  • Translate complex analytical outputs into clear commercial advice for senior clients
  • Partner closely with media planners, strategists and client leadership teams
  • Manage project delivery and mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts
  • Present findings confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and develop new analytical solutions
  • Contribute to the evolution of the agency's Marketing Science and effectiveness offering.

What we're looking for:

  • Hands‑on Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) or econometrics experience
  • Previous experience delivering client‑facing analytics projects
  • Strong consultancy mindset with the ability to influence business decisions
  • Confident presenting analytical findings to senior stakeholders
  • Experience using R (preferred) or Python, alongside strong Excel skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while coaching junior analysts
  • Passion for solving commercial problems through data and evidence-based decision making.
