You'll sit at the centre of campaign measurement, working across brand and performance activity to turn complex data into clear commercial recommendations. You'll be interpreting outputs, leading measurement strategy and helping senior stakeholders understand what is driving business impact.

The role

  • Lead campaign measurement strategies across multiple digital media channels
  • Deliver insightful campaign analysis and recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness
  • Interpret outputs from MMM, Brand Lift and Conversion Lift studies to influence future investment decisions
  • Build robust testing frameworks and measurement plans across brand and performance campaigns
  • Manage relationships with clients, media teams and third-party measurement partners
  • Present complex analytical findings in a clear, commercial and engaging way
  • Help evolve measurement frameworks and best practice across the wider analytics function

Skills & experience

  • Experience within media analytics, marketing science or campaign measurement, ideally in a media agency
  • Strong understanding of campaign effectiveness methodologies including Brand Lift, Conversion Lift, incrementality testing and campaign analytics
  • Confident presenting insights and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of statistics and experimental design
  • Experience using SQL plus either Python or R would be advantageous
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
