We’re looking for a forward-thinking Head of Data to shape the future of data, analytics, and technology at one of the UK’s most dynamic media agencies. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll architect a smart, scalable data strategy that fuels insight-driven media planning, campaign optimisation, and business growth.
You’ll lead a small but skilled team across, embedding data as a central pillar of the agency’s culture and output. You’ll ensure seamless collaboration across strategy, planning, and activation teams — driving measurable results for global brands.
Salary: up to £95,000 + benefits. 3 days p/w in the Central London office.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and evolve the agency’s full data strategy
- Advise clients across outcome led solutions, explain to clients why products are viable and needed across data and data architecture
- Oversee local data architecture and align it with global systems (MS Azure)
- Work with strategy, IT, operations and media buying teams – new product roll-out, integrations and data strategy for the team
- Build and lead a high-performing data and tech team
- Champion data-led culture and best practices across the business
- Collaborate across media, strategy, and client teams to turn data into action
- Stay ahead of privacy regulations and innovation in data tech
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in media analytics (agency background preferred)
- Strong knowledge of measurement frameworks incl. attribution and MMM
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and leading data viz platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
- Familiarity with GMP, Meta, CDPs/DMPs, ad servers, and tagging solutions
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Confident team leadership and stakeholder management

- Knowledge of clean rooms, first-party data strategies, and AI/ML in media
