Major media agency is hiring a senior eCommerce leader to shape and accelerate the retail media agenda for some of the world’s most recognised consumer brands. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how global retail ecosystems work and has already driven growth for major eCom and retail accounts across multiple markets.

If you’ve led complex commerce programmes, built unified full-funnel retail media strategies and influenced senior stakeholders within multinational organisations, this will suit you.

What you’ll lead

  • Ownership of end-to-end eCommerce strategy for global brands — building commercially-focused, insight-led retail media plans that move the sales needle.
  • Development of full-funnel commerce frameworks across retailer platforms, marketplaces and retail media networks.
  • Senior client leadership: translating data, platform performance and market signals into actionable growth strategies.
  • Creation of global roadmaps, KPIs and learning agendas to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Leadership of a high-performing team — setting the vision, elevating output and ensuring best-in-class execution.
  • Partnering across local markets, strategy, planning and commercial teams to ensure alignment and global consistency.
  • Playing a visible role in new business, thought leadership and category innovation.

What you’ll bring

  • Significant experience delivering eCommerce growth for major retail or D2C brands at global or multi-market scale.
  • Deep knowledge of retail media platforms, data environments and tools — and how to turn them into commercial advantage.
  • A strong strategic POV: able to simplify complexity, articulate opportunity and drive senior client decisions.
  • A track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders and managing large, strategically important accounts.
  • Leadership experience in building, motivating and developing specialist eCommerce teams.
