Candidates will have upper funnel CPG experience across programmatic and paid social – leading in‑platform specialist teams.
Stepping in as the senior client lead, you’ll set the strategic direction, bring cohesion to a complex multi‑market operating model and champion innovation across Europe. It’s a role for someone who thrives on high‑level stakeholder management and can articulate a clear, confident POV backed by deep performance experience.
- Lead a European digital hub: Own the vision and delivery across 40 markets, ensuring consistency, efficiency and excellence in biddable activation.
- Shape the strategy for a tier‑1 global FMCG / skincare brand: Drive both long‑term transformation and near‑term performance outcomes, with a direct line of influence into senior client leadership.
- Run a high‑performing team at scale: Manage senior leaders, oversee a 30‑strong onshore team plus a 20‑person offshore unit, and foster a central performance culture that elevates output across the region.
- Drive operational excellence and innovation: Oversee buying commitments, measurement frameworks, testing roadmaps and cross‑channel best practice to raise the European digital bar.
What you’ll bring
- Multi‑market leadership experience within programmatic / display / paid social.
- Gravitas and clarity in senior client conversations, comfortable influencing seasoned stakeholders.
- A background in performance activation, paired with strategic fluency.
- Experience “centralising” previously fragmented operating models (a strong advantage).
- Confident people leadership across senior talent and near/offshore delivery models.
