Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams, including analysts and data scientists, to achieve business goals and continuously improve Planit processes.
- Deliver clear and concise presentations, both written and verbal, while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Scope projects, define technical requirements, and propose proactive and thoughtful solutions to meet account needs and system requirements.
- Foster positive and collaborative relationships with platform users, ensuring their needs are met and promoting user satisfaction.
- Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support for new enhancements, ensuring all features meet the required standards before release.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of media agency/media systems experience
- 2+ years of planning/investment experience
- Detailed knowledge of the UK media planning/buying/trafficking process and media planning terminology
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office especially MS Excel and working with pivot tables
