The primary focus of this role is to expand and strengthen SilverDoor’s global network of supplier partners. By developing a robust and up‑to‑date portfolio in key international cities, the successful applicant will play a vital part in supporting SilverDoor’s continued growth and maintaining our position as the world’s leading serviced‑apartment agent.
Core Objectives
- Ensuring the portfolio remains current, competitive, and strategically positioned for long‑term growth across priority global locations.
- Proactively sourcing new suppliers based on insights from Business Development and Client Account Management teams to align supply with pipeline and anticipated client needs.
- Responding in real time when existing supply cannot meet specific client requests, requiring fast, effective sourcing and onboarding under tight deadlines.
- Conducting ongoing market, competitor, and destination analysis to benchmark coverage and identify strategic supplier gaps.
- Building strong relationships with prospective partners, negotiating favourable commercial terms that support long‑term growth.
- Working with internal teams to ensure supplier data, documentation, and contracts are completed accurately and consistently within onboarding standards.
- Contributing to RFP and tender processes by ensuring the supplier network can fulfil strategic requirements.
Responsibilities
