This is a pivotal moment in SilverDoor’s transformation and strategic growth – we’re looking for an energetic, creative, and commercially driven Vice President, EMEIA Business Development to lead and scale our client partnerships. The Business Development team is the driving force behind achieving SilverDoor’s ambitious expansion plans, so this is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a growing market‑leading business. The Business Development team help to craft SilverDoor’s value proposition and share it far and wide with a strong pipeline of strategic prospects.

As Vice President, you will lead high‑performing teams across London, Madrid, Bangalore, and Dubai to build global brand awareness, drive corporate engagement, and crucially drive significant new revenue through proactive client acquisition. It’s a high‑energy, collaborative, and fast‑paced environment where a proactive, motivated and high‑impact person will shine.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and execute a regional growth strategy aligned with SilverDoor’s global objectives, and identify new market opportunities and expansion priorities across EMEIA.
  • Drive significant new revenue through proactive client acquisition and lead high‑value RFP processes from qualification through to successful conversion.
  • Be an influential SilverDoor brand ambassador by developing relationships with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers across global organisations, engaging with prospective clients, and speaking at industry events, conferences, and panel discussions.
  • Collaborate and drive alignment across all internal departments including Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Client Services to support successful client acquisition and onboarding.
  • Maintain strong visibility and credibility within the EMEIA market by leveraging and expanding SilverDoor’s established presence in corporate travel, relocation, and mobility sectors.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven track record in senior/leadership business development roles in corporate travel, serviced apartments, hospitality, or global mobility sectors.
  • Demonstrable success in winning large, complex, multi‑market accounts via RFP processes.
  • Thrives under pressure and enjoys the pace, unpredictability, and competitiveness of sales.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Experience speaking at industry events or willingness to represent the business publicly as a thought leader.
  • Strong existing network across EMEIA business travel and/or global mobility industries.
  • Experience managing teams and driving performance across multiple geographies.
