As a member of this vibrant team, you'll play a crucial role in managing client accommodation requests both over the phone and via email, delivering exceptional and personalised service tailored to our clients' needs. Our clients are mainly large corporations with employees traveling globally, and your mission will be to ensure they are consistently impressed by the superior quality of our service. You'll have the exciting opportunity to visit properties and attend exclusive events with our partners and clients.

SilverDoor Academy offers a chance for undergraduate students to develop their career path, achieve their goals and take their first steps in a full-time working environment. Our 12-month placement scheme is specifically for those on a sandwich course and carries all the learning opportunities and exposure of permanent employment. During the placement you'll learn about our group as a whole and receive regular training. Successful candidates will live together in a placement house as arranged by the company. Successful placement students also have the opportunity to become permanent members of staff after completing their studies. Through a structured programme, the SilverDoor Academy provides a solid stepping stone to a prosperous career.
