As a Partner Rates Specialist, you’ll be at the very heart of our supply chain, working on all the key rates projects for the company. You will be responsible for working with our property partners to obtain their most competitive rates that can be booked using our customer booking system. We secure rates using a spreadsheet that shows a property’s nightly rate and all their booking terms and conditions. We ‘map’ this information into our system and ensure the connection with their distribution system is working correctly. Managing and monitoring these rates are a key part of this role. Ensuring existing information is correct and helping property partners with their online journey with SilverDoor is key.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all partners provide competitive pricing for their online offering
  • Chase properties which have expired or have no rates in the system
  • Conduct spot checks on SilverDoor live rates while ensuring rate parity with OTA's
  • Ensure all discounted rates for Orbi are in line with our property agreements
  • Monitoring of client specific rates while maintaining associated documents and files
  • Assisting negotiators with templates
  • Bringing to attention any agreements which are up for renewal
  • Assistance with wider partner relationships team projects when required

Experience:

  • Experience with online bookings (desirable)
  • Experience working with accommodation providers, hotels or serviced apartments
  • Data management and administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Confident meeting project deadlines
  • Good numeracy skills
