We are currently seeking Care Assistants to join our passionate Nights team at Millview Care Home, Pentre, CF41 7RB. Contracts available: 22hrs Contract (nights), 33hrs Contract (nights).
Silvercrest is a small family of nursing care homes across South Wales. Our ethos is to provide quality care, ensuring that privacy, dignity, and choice for our residents is at the heart of everything we do.

Experience is not essential, but desired, as training will be provided along with a comprehensive induction program.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing care and support to residents in our home
- Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, dressing, mealtime support, and mobility
- Monitoring and recording residents' physical and emotional well-being
- Engaging in activities with residents to promote socialization and mental and emotional stimulation
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Collaborating with the care & nursing team to ensure high-quality care is delivered
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
