We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive with a strong focus on digital marketing to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our online presence, generating high-quality leads, and supporting the Head of Marketing in achieving business growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital trends, data-driven, and skilled at executing campaigns across multiple digital channels. Develop and execute digital marketing ideas to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads across various platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and the company website. · Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and other teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution. · Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems), providing actionable insights and regular reports. · Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital marketing and lead generation. · Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and technologies to continually improve lead generation efforts. Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation, ideally within a fast-paced environment. · Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and social media advertising strategies. · Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and reports. · Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and regulatory requirements.
