Silverburn is seeking a Senior / Team Leader to oversee day-to-day care for residents in a care home. You will delegate tasks to junior staff, monitor activity, and ensure adequate staffing levels in line with NMC guidelines and company policies.
Responsibilities include administering medicines, maintaining records, and ensuring each resident has an individualized care plan. A PVG check is required, and SVQ3+ or similar is preferred; driving licence is a plus.
