As a Senior Carer, you will lead by example, support the care team, and ensure every resident receives safe, high-quality care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing. Your Responsibilities Deliver exceptional person-centred care. Lead and support the care team throughout each shift. Administer medication (where trained and competent). Complete accurate care documentation. Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns promptly. Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
