About the Role
As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment
- Building positive relationships with young people

What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children and young people (preferred)

- Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Care (or willingness to work towards)
- A positive, resilient, and team‑focused approach
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
