Children's Residential Support Worker - Full-Time - On-Site

Location: Whitstable, Kent

Hours: Full-Time | On-Site | 40 hours per week

About the Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment
  • Building positive relationships with young people
  • Supporting care plans and daily routines
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Promoting independence and emotional wellbeing

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children and young people (preferred)
  • A genuine passion for supporting and caring for young people
  • Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Care (or willingness to work towards)
  • A positive, resilient, and team-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
