About the Role

As a Waking Night - Residential Care Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Care (or willingness to work towards)
  • A positive, resilient, and team-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
