Location: The Beeches UK

Hours: 40 hours per week (including sleep‑ins, weekends, and shifts)

Salary: £27,497 per annum + up to £700 additional pay per month for sleep‑in shifts

Sleep‑in Pay: Up to £700 per month (dependent on sleep‑ins worked)

Shift Pattern: 1 day on, 2 days off rotation

Overtime: Paid at time and a quarter (x1.25) once the minimum 40 hours are worked

This role is not eligible for UK skilled worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment for young people

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience: Working with children and young people in a care, education, or support setting is preferred but not essential
  • Passion: A genuine, person‑centred approach to supporting young people
  • Qualification: Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Care is preferred. If not currently held, enrolment after your probationary period is mandatory — and fully funded by us
  • Driving: Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Approach: Positive, resilient, and a collaborative team player who can work flexibly across shifts
