Children's Residential Support Worker – Full‑Time – On‑Site

Hours: Full‑Time | On‑Site | 40 hours per week

About the Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Experience working with children and young people (preferred)

  • Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Care (or willingness to work towards)
  • A positive, resilient, and team‑focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
