What You'll Do
- Deliver creative, bespoke lessons across the National Curriculum at KS1–KS3, personalised to each child's needs
- Create a safe, secure and stimulating classroom where children feel genuinely happy to learn
- Apply your knowledge of trauma-informed practice, attachment theory and SEMH to guide each pupil's progress
- Use assessment data to set realistic, challenging targets and continually refine your teaching
- Lead and support Teaching Assistants with warmth, clarity and professional confidence
- Work in close partnership with the Leadership Team, families, carers and external agencies
- Contribute to an enrichment curriculum including outdoor learning, life skills and unforgettable experiences
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree
- A minimum of 2 years' teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH pupils
- Knowledge of phonics, primary curriculum and quality-first teaching strategies
- Experience of or willingness to learn Norfolk STEPS techniques
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and collaboration skills
- A deep commitment to safeguarding, equality and getting the best outcomes for every child
