You will support adults and children to remain safe, independent and connected to their communities while receiving personalised care in their own homes. Please read before applying This is a driving role. You will need to travel between clients across Coventry and the surrounding areas. Applicants must hold a full valid driving licence and have regular access to a reliable vehicle for work. Unfortunately, we cannot consider non-drivers for this particular vacancy. What you will be doing Your responsibilities will be based on each person’s individual care plan and may include: Supporting with washing, dressing, continence care and other personal care Supporting with medication Preparing meals and supporting people to eat and drink Providing companionship and emotional support Supporting people to attend appointments and access their community Helping with shopping and light household tasks Promoting independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing Completing accurate care records Reporting concerns or changes in a person’s needs What we are looking for Previous care experience is welcomed, but it is not essential if you have the right values and attitude.
