This is a full-time, on-site role in Liverpool for an Optical Assistant. The Optical Assistant will assist patients with frame and lens selection, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and provide general support within the practice. Daily tasks will include helping customers, managing appointments, handling administrative duties, and working alongside optometrists to ensure seamless patient care.
