About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic SEO Manager to lead the organic search strategy across our portfolio of 20+ software and payments brands.

This is a unique opportunity to own and scale the search marketing function for one of the UK’s fastest-growing technology groups. You’ll shape strategies that strengthen our brands’ visibility, attract the right audiences, and convert traffic into measurable growth.

Reporting to the Group Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our digital performance; balancing hands-on SEO execution with strategic oversight and cross-functional influence.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a role for someone who loves both data and creativity — blending technical SEO expertise with a keen understanding of content, audience behaviour, and commercial impact. You’ll:

Develop and deliver a group-wide SEO strategy spanning 20+ brands across multiple verticals.

Own all aspects of technical SEO, including audits, schema markup, structured data, and site performance.

Shape and implement keyword strategies and on-page optimisation to boost rankings and engagement.

Build authority through link acquisition, topical depth, and citation management.

Collaborate closely with content and digital teams to ensure all activity is optimised for search and aligned with growth goals.

Create advanced SEO dashboards and reporting frameworks that connect visibility to revenue contribution.

Act as an SEO subject matter expert, mentoring divisional marketing teams and embedding best practice across the group.

You’ll be both the strategist and the doer, comfortable leading conversations at senior level while staying close to the tools and tactics that deliver results.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ SEO experience, ideally in B2B software, SaaS, or payments.
  • Proven results managing SEO across multiple brands or complex sites.
  • Strong technical SEO expertise and familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with RevOps, Content, and Sales teams to connect SEO to business performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data and trends into actionable insights.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Duda, or Umbraco.
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Marketing Suite or similar enterprise tools.
  • A passion for emerging search technologies, including AI-driven discovery and generative search trends.

Who You Are

  • Strategic and commercial: You understand how SEO fits into the wider business and can demonstrate tangible impact.
  • Analytical and innovative: You’re data-driven but love experimenting with new ideas.
  • Collaborative: You thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy guiding others.
  • Curious and adaptable: You stay ahead of evolving search trends and are comfortable navigating change.
