You’ll be the glue that brings marketing strategy, creative vision, and campaign execution together. From collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing agency relationships, to optimising timelines, budgets, and resources—you’ll be leading the charge on marketing initiatives that directly support brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue generation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and deliver multiple marketing projects, ensuring they meet objectives on time, on budget, and to brief
  • Translate business strategy into actionable marketing plans
  • Coordinate across internal teams—marketing, product, sales, content, and design—to keep everyone aligned and moving forward
  • Build and manage project plans, track progress and milestones, and proactively flag risks or issues
  • Oversee external vendors and agencies, ensuring quality and timely delivery
  • Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status
  • Manage project budgets and resources to maximise ROI and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Brand, Design, and Content leads to run strategic workflows end-to-end
  • Support with market research, identifying new trends and opportunities to enhance future campaigns

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in project management within a marketing or creative environment (SaaS or tech industry preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
  • Proven experience running multiple marketing campaigns or projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Trello
  • Experience using MarTech tools such as Semrush, Lead Forensics, HubSpot, or Mailchimp
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making
  • Exceptional organisation, prioritisation, and time management
  • Confident working independently while also being a strong team player
  • Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
