The Role
You’ll be responsible for driving new customer acquisition across our core healthcare platforms. This is a true new business role, focused on identifying, qualifying and converting new logo opportunities. You’ll work closely with senior sales leaders to:
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects
- Understand clinical and operational challenges
- Position TM3 and e-clinic as strategic solutions
- Support demos, proposals and deal progression
- Represent ClearCourse Health at industry events
You’ll develop deep knowledge of our products and healthcare verticals while progressing toward full BDM ownership of deals.
What You’ll Bring
- Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets (software or tech preferred)
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Confidence engaging with clinical, operational and commercial stakeholders
- CRM experience and structured sales approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, organised and commercially driven
Healthcare experience is a plus — but not essential.
