We’re looking for an Associate Account Manager(Junior Account Executive) to support our account management team at ClearCourse. This is a fantastic opportunity tolearn the ropes of customer success, client engagement, and commercial growth—with training, mentorship, and real-world exposure to software products and clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Support senior team members in managing aportfolio of software clients
Help prepare client communications, meeting summaries, and follow-up actions
Coordinate product demos, training sessions, and webinars
Learn how to identify customer needs and gather product feedback
Work closely with sales, support, and product teams to deliver aseamless client experience
Maintain accurate CRM records and track client touchpoints
Monitorbasic account health metricsand flag issues to the team
Contribute torenewal documents and commercial proposals
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to support client conversations
Assist in distributingmarketing contentthat enhances the customer journey
What We’re Looking For:
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
A keen interest intechnology and SaaS
Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Familiarity withMicrosoft Office or Teams(or similar tools)
Experience with CRM platforms is a plus, but not essential
