A commitment to go the extra mile, do more for our clients and more for our people. We’re proud to work with incredible brands including John Lewis, Sage, The White Company, and New Balance, delivering measurable growth through market-leading partnership marketing, a channel that is expected to double in global revenue over the next five years.

In 2025 we were awarded Global Affiliate Marketing Agency Of The Year, for the third year running.

The Opportunity

We have an incredible career opportunity for the right person: Amazon has unlocked a powerful new channel—allowing Amazon Stores to launch their own independent affiliate programmes and actively incentivising adoption. We see a huge addressable market across the UK and US, and we’ve already built and validated a bespoke service ready to launch. Now we need a Senior Business Development Manager to own it.

You’ll lead the commercial charge: shaping go-to-market strategy, building pipeline, winning clients, and turning this opportunity into a major new revenue stream.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow the pipeline for a brand-new service offering
  • Build tailored new business plans alongside senior leadership
  • Convert inbound demand and proactively target high-value prospects
  • Sell to quality ecommerce businesses in the UK and US
  • Develop referral and partner relationships
  • Deliver standout pitches and close consultative deals
  • Manage forecasting, reporting and revenue targets

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years selling B2B service solutions
  • Proven success selling to senior decision-makers
  • Strong consultative sales skills (3–6 month cycles)
  • A positive, can do attitude, giving their all to be a success
  • Commercially driven, proactive, and collaborative
  • Comfortable building partnerships that generate leads and revenue
  • Market-leading services with real, measurable outcomes
  • Proven sales methodology that works
  • Award-winning agency (Global Agency of the Year)
  • Excellent sales tech, data, and leadership support
  • Flexible working, standout benefits, and a genuinely great culture

If you want to own a new opportunity, influence strategy, and scale something from day one, this role puts you right at the centre of it. Think you’re a bar raiser? Come and show us what you can do.

At Silverbean, our mission is clear; to ‘raise the bar, wherever we are’. A commitment to go the extra mile, do more for our clients and more for our people. We’re the best in the world at what we do - and we can prove it! Earn your place in an award-winning team and bring your ideas to life. Growing world leading brands, in a culture where your personality is free to shine.

Whether you’re an industry newbie, or a seasoned pro with years under your belt, here you’ll be challenged and encouraged to achieve more than you ever thought possible. Development is much more than a tick box, it’s a part of our day-to-day life. A performance obsessed team, who praise hard work and celebrate each other’s success. Think you’re a bar raiser too? Then come and show us what you can do.

The Application Process

The application process consists of an initial 30 minute Google Meets interview where we can get to know each other better. If successful you’ll be given a role specific presentation to prepare for your second interview, and we’ll ask you to complete one of our personality profiling tools to find out more about your work preferences. During your second stage interview you will be asked a series of technical and competency based questions relating to the role.

We’re an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity and inclusion, so that our workforce is representative of all the customers and clients we serve. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, family or parental status, national origin, veteran, neurodiversity status or disability status.

We are a Disability Confident Employer. This means we actively encourage applicants with disabilities to apply for our roles, and we work internally to retain disabled employees. Examples include dyslexia, epilepsy, Autism, chronic fatigue, diabetes, or schizophrenia. Some of the adjustments we can offer are:
