The job would require you to build relationships with our crew and create excellent lines of communication. You will be part of a team, working together with the goal of placing the best crew on each job day after day, ensuring each job has the relevant amount of experience. It can often be a fast-paced environment where our clients demand last-minute crew, and it is in this element of the job where moving crew around and problem solving comes in.
