We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Shop Manager to lead our Silver Tree Bakery location at our new location set to open at JQ. This role is perfect for someone who naturally leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely cares about creating an exceptional customer experience whilst building a strong, happy team. At Silver Tree, we’re not just serving coffee and pastries — we’re creating spaces people want to spend time in. What We are Looking For:
- Leading, motivating, and supporting the team day-to-day
- Creating a welcoming and positive environment for both customers and staff
- Overseeing daily bakery operations and service standards
- Managing stock levels, ordering, and wastage
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
