We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Training & HR Advisor to join a well established manufacturing business. This role plays a critical part in delivering people development strategy, supporting the growth and progression of their workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the rollout of mandatory training, onboarding, and induction programmes.
- Ensure all HR Systems are maintained and kept up to date with accurate information.
- Coordinate and support engagement activity on site, including localised event and working with external partners
- Advise managers on coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for their teams.
- Champion a learning culture by promoting internal mobility and continuous professional development.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in a Learning & Development, HR, or training-focused role..
- Experience delivering both face-to-face and virtual training sessions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ideally you will have gained, or will be working towards a CIPD Qualification, however this is not essential
This is a site based role and therefore will require a driving license due to inaccessibility via public transport.
